Artists You Should Know About: Thundercat

Thundercat is kind of *VERY* amazing. If you don't already know who he is then just check out the credits of Kendrick Lamar's last two albums. He's all in that.  

Thundercat is the master of multiple instruments, produces, song writes and is a solo artist. He's collaborated with everyone from Kendrick to Erykah Badu to Childish Gambino. He is amazingly talented but surprisingly his music isn't in your face complicated and untouchable. It's feel good soul music with a whole lot of funk.

If this is your first time hearing about Thundercat, you should definitely listen to his previous albums and check out his latest single, Show You The Way. The single has unexpected features from music vets, Michael McDonald and Kenny Loggins.

Thundercat's upcoming album, DRUNK, will be dropping February 24th! The tracklist is already out and the tour starts next week!
