Frank Ocean just made it clear that he is not going on another four year hiatus. It's only been a few weeks since the release of Blonde and we already have another surprise single, Chanel!

As a songwriter, I am completely in love with the metaphor Frank uses in the hook:

"My guy pretty like a girl and he got fight stories to tell. I see both sides like Chanel. See (C) on both sides like Chanel"

He used a LOGO to explore both his knowledge of his lover and also (in my opinion) the exploration of bi-sexuality. It is quite a clever song and explores a topic that isn't usually touched upon on the radio! Frank Ocean's approach and transparency definitely sets this record apart!
